PR Risk Management Pty Ltd was established by Peter Rawlings in 2000 as a provider of occupational health and safety management systems (OHSMS) audit services.

PR Risk Management Pty Ltd has provided OHSMS audit services to clients both nationally and internationally to a broad range of industries including construction, chemical, government, food, manufacturing, mining, petroleum, rail, transport and logistics and utilities including electricity, gas and water.

PR Risk Management principles are based on improving the effectiveness of an organisation's OHS management systems to the highest levels.
